If you are choosing some of the responses to analyse, you must explain what was your reason made you choose those responses because you don't want to seem biased. You got to display all 23 answers from all 70 participants. You must describe why you decided to sort out the responses based on 3 categories, you must have a reason why because you want to analyse. You must explain and how you wanna explain these categories. You can screen capture and subsequently attach a link to your raw data before classifying them. You need to describe your interpretation before saying “ you have sorted out the responses”. You need to take responsibility for the interpretation. “ You have discovered there are 3 categories in this finding: positive, negative, neutral.” For the raw data before you sort them out, place them in an excel sheet so it would be easy for people to view it, and then attach the link into your slide, after that sort out your responses into a table with 3 columns, “positive”, “negative”, and “neutral”.
