By using graph editor to make the dragging consistent and smooth. The entire walk cycle will be smoother.

After importing the footage into AE, I realise the the motion was very fast, but it was the correct in-between frame which is 3 suggested by Mr.Kamal. However, it was too fast, so i changed the in-between frames to 4.

First, I marked all the extreme poses first before I move on to the breakdowns.

At first I realised, the arms' motion were very weird, then when i edited it in the graph, it got smoother. The graph shape was horrible before.

After hours of finding the wiggle problem, I finallly found it from the spine chest!!! The graph was so weird.
