First, I recorded my own voice for the voiceover for the video and edited it in Adobe Audition.  I have added denoise and equaliser to make the audio clean and clear. 

Animation 

1st composition

The word ' remember' appear letter by letter, A note pad and loudspeaker graphics were used to help the kinetic typography. Air comes out from the girl as the word 'breathe' appears. The pumping heart slowly appears as the word 'heartbeat' appears. A text animation is applied on 'heartbeat'. 

2nd composition

Clock's hands rotate as the clock appears to indicate the word 'rush'.

Trying to balance the words and graphics in a layout. A text animaiton is applied to the word 'Authenticity'.

Words panned upwards as the remaining texts appears. The clouds with tingling stars is to match the word 'dream'. 

3rd composition

Wiggle text animation is applied on 'imperfections'.

'Embrace' and 'the' are using the same settings where a matte layer is used. Offset is set from -100 and 100. Posterise time is used for the wiggle animation. The wiggle motion is set at 5.0. 

4th composition

The lion raises its head and roar. A text animaiton is applied on 'true selves'. By using the settings such as ramp up shape, ease high and ease low, then i set the off set from -100 to 100.

The word appears from the bottom by using a shape layer that i also applied set matte effect on. 

5th composition

The word 'journey' appears smoothly and slowly from the bottom that cramps together.

I used pen tool to write the letter. Generate> Stroke. Brush size and End is used. The brush size is set at 30 and the animation starts at 0% to 100% by using the 'End' setting. 

6th composition

As soon as the whale text animation appears, it pops out a water drop that soon becomes into a whale.

To make the whale swim, i used puppet pin and adjusted the position to make it move.

Mainly used position and offset to adjust the animation. This animaiton is applied on 'Discover' as well.

Both 'Swim' and 'conformity' are using wiggle text animation. I have chosen a water font for the word 'Swim'. 

7th composition

In this composition, I have used handwriting animation on the path. The people indicates 'others'.

I have used puppetpin on the flower pot as well when the word 'shrink' appears. The word 'shrink' also shrinks.

The word 'yourself' uses the same text animation as 'true selves' from the 4th composition.

By using the handwriting animation, I applied it on 'love yourself'. In the meantime, the sparkles appear as well.

Feedback

Week 13: It's better to come up with a storyboard where you can see the entire layout clearly. Having a narrative will help the video as well. It is like a guide for the audience.
