Today Mr Martin went through the module with us thoroughly. Mr. Martin also taught us how to master the pen tool by playing the Bezier game.

Practical

THE BEZIER GAME

The Bezier game is to help us master the pen tool.

Task 1

1. Collect printed materials for physical collage for next week. We have to do 2 physical collage images by using the printed materials we have collected and 1 digital collage image.
2. Register an account on Pinterest and find 3 best photoshop pictures from Pinterest.

3 best photoshop pictures from Pinterest

The artist has enlarged the penguin size into an abnormal size, even larger than the human in the picture. I like The colour of the penguin just blends nicely with the mountain behind.

The main colour of this work is grey colour, where the artist has used a mixture of black and white colour to bring out the effect of scary, depression, helplessness, and hopelessness. In general, this work gives me negative vibes and has attracted me to want to further explore this work. The artist added the blur effect of the background, it shows that as if the person walks any further, the future is unclear and he is lost. I feel like it is telling me that he is lost and clueless about what is waiting for him ahead, especially the hands are showing signs like "help!",

The colour of the clouds seems like a dreamy effect which has the colour of dark blue, pink and yellow. I like how the artist illustrates the height of the giraffe as if it can actually reach as high as the moon in the sky. The shape of the moon is not in the usual round shape but its body is being eaten by the giraffe, as if the moon is the giraffe's food.
